- 8th-grade students of formal, official, and private secondary schools.
- Preparatory, 9th, and 10th-grade students of secondary education institutions.
- Students at the relevant grade levels within the scope of the Intercultural Exchange Program.
Students Abroad
Students studying in schools abroad that are not registered in the e-Okul system can also apply in accordance with the guide.
