We collect the following categories of information: • Account information — name, surname, email address, role (student, teacher, school/admin), and password (stored in encrypted form); • School and class information — the school, class, and teacher a student is associated with; • Uploaded content — course materials, documents and questions that teachers or institutions upload to generate exams; • Learning data — exams taken, answers, scores, results, reports and learning history; • Technical data — IP address, device and browser information, and app version; • Usage data — how you interact with the Service, including features used and activity logs.
We use personal data to: • Provide, operate and maintain the Service; • Create and manage accounts and authenticate users; • Generate and regenerate practice exams and questions from uploaded materials; • Deliver exam results, reports and a personalized learning experience; • Provide customer support and respond to your requests; • Maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and keep activity/audit logs; • Comply with legal obligations.
To generate and regenerate exams and questions, uploaded course materials and related content are processed by artificial intelligence services (our AI providers). This processing is performed to provide the Service to you. We do not use your uploaded content or learning data to train third-party foundation models where our provider agreements allow us to opt out of such use. AI-generated content may contain errors and should be reviewed before use.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share personal data with: • Service providers — cloud hosting, database, artificial intelligence and infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements; • Your school or teacher — teachers and school administrators can access the accounts, exams, results and reports of their associated students; • App store platforms — where you purchase or download the app; • Legal and safety — when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety and security of users, the public, or Dsatbees.
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion of your data as described below.
We use technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including: • Encryption of passwords and data in transit; • Access controls and role-based authorization; • Secure, reputable cloud infrastructure; • Ongoing monitoring and logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Dsatbees is an educational service that may be used by students who are minors. Student accounts are created and administered by schools, teachers, parents or legal guardians, who are responsible for obtaining any consent required by applicable law before a minor uses the Service. We only collect information from students that is necessary to provide the educational Service. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children for advertising or other non-educational purposes. If you believe a child has provided personal data without appropriate consent, contact us at support@udspdkursu.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing support@udspdkursu.com from the address associated with your account, or by asking your school/teacher administrator to remove your account. We will process verified deletion requests in accordance with applicable law, except where we are required or permitted to retain certain information.
Your information may be stored and processed in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
