These Terms govern your use of the Dsatbees platform and mobile application. Please read them carefully before using the Service.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dsatbees platform, mobile application and related websites and services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a school, institution or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Dsatbees is an educational platform for exam preparation (including Digital SAT / UDSP and related courses). The Service lets teachers and institutions upload course materials, uses artificial intelligence to generate and regenerate practice exams and questions, and lets students take those exams and view their results and reports. We may add, change, suspend or remove features of the Service at any time.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Student accounts are typically created and managed by schools or teachers. If a student is a minor, the school, teacher, parent or legal guardian is responsible for providing any consent required by law and for supervising the student's use of the Service. You must notify us promptly at support@udspdkursu.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to: • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms; • Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes the rights of others; • Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, or inappropriate for an educational setting; • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems; • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; • Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service or its content except as permitted by law; • Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
Teachers and institutions may upload documents, questions and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to your User Content and that its use by the Service does not violate any law or third-party right (including copyright and privacy rights). You grant Dsatbees a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce and adapt your User Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you — including sending it to our AI providers to generate and regenerate exams and questions on your behalf.
Practice exams, questions and related outputs are produced using artificial intelligence based on the materials provided. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and generation may occasionally fail, get stuck, or need to be regenerated. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on or distributing it. Dsatbees does not warrant that generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular exam, curriculum or purpose.
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics and logos (excluding User Content), is owned by Dsatbees or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you in these Terms, no rights are granted to you. The Dsatbees name and marks may not be used without our prior written permission.
Some features may require a paid subscription or purchase. Where you purchase through a third-party app store (such as the Apple App Store), that store's terms, billing, and refund policies apply in addition to these Terms, and your payment is processed by that store rather than by us. Unless required by law or the applicable app store, fees are non-refundable. Subscriptions renew according to the terms disclosed at purchase until cancelled through the app store or account settings.
The Service relies on third-party providers, including cloud hosting, artificial intelligence providers, and app store platforms. Your use of the Service may be subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, content or policies of third parties.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that generated content will meet your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dsatbees and its affiliates, officers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or, if you paid nothing, one hundred (100) units of local currency.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dsatbees and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will end. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnification) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date below and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Türkiye will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
